What to Expect
This work is designed to feel unhurried, thoughtful and deeply personal.
It’s not a quick check-in or a one-size-fits-all session. It’s a spacious conversation that helps you understand why your body is responding the way it is — and what to do next.
Step 1: After you book
Once you schedule your session, you’ll receive a comprehensive intake form. I review this carefully before we meet so our time together can be used intentionally. This intake helps me understand your long-term tendencies, current imbalances, daily rhythms and stress patterns — not just recent symptoms.
Step 2: Your consultation (up to 90 minutes)
We’ll spend up to 90 minutes together in a deep, individualized Ayurvedic consultation.
Our time is a spacious, supportive conversation where we gently explore how your digestion, hormones and nervous system are interacting with your sleep, stress levels and daily rhythms. We also make room for emotional patterns and lived experience — because how you feel matters just as much as what’s happening in your body.
I’ll listen closely and reflect what I’m seeing through an Ayurvedic lens, often helping connect patterns that haven’t felt clear before.
This work is collaborative and nourishing, designed to bring clarity and understanding rather than overwhelm.
Step 3: Your personalized plan
After our session, you’ll receive a thoughtful, personalized Swastha Within™ Plan by email.
This plan reflects insights from your Prakriti and Vikriti assessment and gently weaves together what we’ve explored around digestion, metabolic strength, hormones, nervous system patterns, sleep, stress and daily rhythms. You’ll also receive a simple 10-Minute Rhythm Reset ritual you can begin right away, along with clear first steps for food, lifestyle and emotional rhythm.
Everything is offered in a way that is practical, gentle and realistic for your life — designed to support change without pressure.
Step 4: Follow-up support (optional)
If you choose to continue, follow-up sessions are typically scheduled about 6–8 weeks later.
This space allows time to notice how your body has responded, to reflect on what’s been supportive and to gently refine your plan as your system shifts and settles. Ayurveda works gradually, and follow-up support helps these changes integrate more deeply and sustainably.
