Who we are
Hi, I’m Radha Muddu — an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, mother, engineer and a lifelong student of health and balance.
Ayurveda first entered my life when I was a graduate student, alongside my early exploration of yoga and meditation. I was deeply fascinated. I read, experimented gently and returned to its wisdom from time to time as life unfolded.
For much of my adult life, I was a high achiever in every conventional sense — academically driven, deeply analytical and immersed in a demanding high-tech career for over a decade. From the outside, everything looked “successful.” Yet internally, something felt incomplete. I was functioning well, but not fully nourished.
Years later, as the pace of life intensified — especially for busy women like myself — I began to see how easily we slip out of our natural rhythms. We push, rush, multitask and forget to breathe. Ayurveda became my anchor back to steadiness.
As I began applying Ayurvedic principles more intentionally, I saw real, tangible shifts in my own health and in the well-being of my family. Energy felt steadier. Rhythms softened. There was more ease, not just productivity. That lived experience awakened my curiosity as an engineer and lifelong learner — I wanted to understand the why and how behind what was working.
While Ayurveda had always been a quiet presence in my life, my true education began through immersive, formal study. I completed a 600-hour Ayurvedic Health Counselor certification through Kerala Ayurveda Academy, grounding ancient wisdom in daily, practical living.
Today, I share that same grounding with women who want to feel nourished, energized and at home in themselves again — especially those who have spent years caring, striving and holding everything together.
My philosophy is simple: gentle changes, meaningful rituals and support that meets you where you are. I blend ancient Ayurvedic tradition with modern practicality so wellness feels accessible, sustainable and deeply human — not overwhelming.
